NMIXX’s Sullyoon And NewJeans’ Minji Go Viral In Korea After Netizens Discover That They Are Classmates

Netizens have discovered that NMIXX‘s Sullyoon and NewJeans‘ Minji are classmates at the same high school, and the discovery has led the two idols to go viral in Korea.
These two visuals are both from newly debuted groups, with NMIXX having made its debut in February of 2022 and NewJeans at the beginning of August.
While the managing labels for each group were faced with some controversy surrounding their debut, there’s no denying that NMIXX and NewJeans have been two of the most successful rookie groups to debut this year, even counting many idols among their fans.
Recently, after Korean netizens did some digging, it was revealed that Sullyoon and Minji both major in ‘Entertainment’ at Hanlim Arts High School.

There is reportedly only one class for ‘Entertainment’ at the school, and since both idols were born in 2004 it was determined that they must be in the same class. Generally, most Korean high school students graduate at the age of 19, meaning the two idols are still attending class together since they are both 18.

Now, netizens are hoping to see some cute interactions between these two in the future, particularly at major events where they might have the chance to run into each other.
