BLACKPINK’s Jennie, IVE’s Jang Wonyoung, And ITZY’s Chaeryeong All Wore The Same Cardigan, But Served Completely Different Vibes

When it comes to K-Pop idols, they are not only known for their talent, charisma, and visuals but also for their ability to be fashion icons. In particular, with all the trends in Korea developing and changing, it isn’t surprising that sometimes, idols wear the same thing and serve completely different vibes while doing so.
Three idols who once served amazing vibes wearing the same outfit are none other than fashionistas BLACKPINK‘s Jennie, ITZY‘s Chaeryeong, and IVE‘s Jang Wonyoung.
As three of the hottest and most well-loved idols in K-Pop, the idols have got their own unique styling. Yet, they all seemed to have similar ideas when it comes to taking on the hottest fashion trends and making it their own.
In particular, Jennie, Chaeryeong, and Jang Wonyoung all slayed at some point wearing the seamless cardigan by Jacquemus, a French brand. The cardigan is named La maille Pralù longue which costs $360 USD, and can be bought in different colors.
One of the first idols to wear it was BLACKPINK’s Jennie, who chose the more traditional green version of the outfit. On Instagram, Jennie rocked the piece by pairing it with a simple white tank top and black strapped vest underneath.
The layered look worked perfectly. Not only was it a nod to the early 2000s trend, but when it was combined with her natural makeup, the outfit made her visuals stand out even more.
ITZY’s loveable and charismatic Chaeryeong was next. Unlike Jennie, the idol chose to wear the cardigan in pink which truly works with her character and personality.
Like Jennie, Chaeryeong chose a more casual combination, choosing to wear a white vest top and black velvet jogging pants to complete the look. Although the cardigan is usually worn alone with no undershirt, the idol made it look effortlessly natural and is perfect for any occasion.
The final idol to rock the cardigan was IVE’s Jang Wonyoung. Unlike the other two, Jang Wonyoung wore the outfit while rehearsing for the showcase after releasing their song “LOVE DIVE.” As expected, Jang Wonyoung put her own twist on the cardigan.
She chose to wear it with a high-neck white vest that had a zip, which meant that accessories weren’t needed. Jang Wonyoung also wore blue jeans, which, although she was rehearsing and had her picture taken, gave it a more casual feel.
All three idols are true fashionistas and wore the cardigan in a way that showcased their true personalities and fashion tastes. It seemed as if Jennie, Chaeryeong, and Jang Wonyoung all chose to keep it casual but added different elements to make it their own.
