NewJeans, the HYBE girl group produced by Min Hee Jin, recently debuted with “Attention.” The members were revealed all at once through the music video and one of them was immediately recognized for being a child celebrity.

Youngest member Hyein started modelling at the age of 8. She later joined the children’s group U.SSO Girl and appeared on the YouTube channel Pocket TV as part of the group Play With Me Club.
In one solo vlog, she gave viewers a room tour where she openly showed her love for K-Pop. Among the groups active in 2020 at the time of filming, her favorite was undoubtedly BTS.

She had a special place in her heart for Jin as evidenced by the large photograph of his on the wall. She gushed over his visuals, saying, “He’s so handsome.”

She then showed her copies of BTS’s special holiday collection, Season’s Greetings. Hyein had the latest edition released at the time, showing that she was an active fan.

Besides her BTS photo and merch collection, Hyein also used her talent in dancing to make her own versions of BTS’s songs. She previously covered “DYNAMITE” when she was still in the Play With Me Club.
