Davichi’s Kang Minkyung made the news on June 29 for a recent purchase that has left netizens in awe.
According to the real estate news outlet Ddang Jip Go, the singer has purchased a building in the trendy Hapjeung-Dong area for a whopping ₩6.50 billion KRW (about $5.03 million USD).
The building is five stories tall and is currently used as an office building and retail store. The news outlet reports that Kang Minkyung purchased the building with ₩1.50 billion KRW (about $1.16 million USD) in cash and a ₩5.00 billion KRW (about $3.87 million USD) collateral loan.
