The Real Reason Why (G)I-DLE’s Soyeon Recently Moved Out Of The Group’s Dorm

(G)I-DLE‘s Soyeon will be showing her new home to fans on MBC‘s I Live Alone after being the first member to move out of the group’s shared dorms! The members have all been living together since debut in 2018, making this the first time they live separately in several years.
Reportedly, Soyeon recently moved in somewhere near Cube Entertainment, where she has also set up a studio. She has decorated the place herself, as fans will get to see on I Live Alone!
While sometimes living together with other people can cause some tension, the real reason why Soyeon moved out of the dorm actually has less to do with her members and more to do with work.
Soyeon has a very close relationship with her members, but as someone who spends a lot of time writing lyrics and composing, she was in need of her own personal space. Her work on (G)I-DLE’s most recent comeback was extensive, as she took part in writing and composing all the songs on the album.
Additionally, with most of the members now doing many solo activities, it soon became clear to Soyeon that she would need her own space to work. Luckily, she now has her very own studio!
Soyeon will be explaining more about the process that led to her having her own place in the show, so fans can look forward to that and to seeing what she’s done with the place!
