Kim Sejeong‘s(also known as Kim Se Jeong) DM to (G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi is gaining attention.
On April 9, Yuqi wrote on her Instagram, “I didn’t know how to read my DMs until today. While going through them, I saw Sejeong had sent me a message. I couldn’t believe she knew me, and she is an angel.”
Kim Sejeong’s message was in response to Yuqi’s story in which she wrote, “There are times when I don’t know what I do this for. Sometimes I don’t know what is right and what is wrong. Let’s cheer up Yuqi. You’re doing good, right?”
Kim Sejeong’s message reads, “Yuqi~ Although I don’t know you well, you’re doing great. I saw your story and just thought I’d send you this message. You’re doing great by just persevering. You’ll be fine. You’re stressed even more since you’re a perfectionist, aren’t you? I’m sure there are many things on your mind, but you have the strength to get through them. The fact you are self-reflecting proves that you will get through this. “Let’s persevere. You’re doing great! I am always rooting for you.”
Yuqi wrote, “Although this is a message from last year, I want to show this to the world. Sejeong is such an angel. I am so touched. I will work harder. I will always be rooting for you.”
Fans noted that “Yuqi wrote that while she was struggling alone while doing promotions in China.” Other fans responded by writing, “The other (G)I-DLE members were concerned for her as well,” and, “Kim Sejeong is such an angel.”
Yuqi has enjoyed tremendous success with her group’s latest comeback, “Tomboy.” The track has achieved a perfect all-kill, the fourth for the group, giving them the most perfect all kills in the fourth generation.
Kim Sejeong is also enjoying a fantastic 2022 thus far with the successful wrap-up of the sleeper-hit “Business Proposal.”
