Stray Kids’ Dance Racha Didn’t Always Get Along, Here’s How Their Relationship Has Grown

In the most recent episode of Stray Kids‘ YouTube series “2 Kids Room,” members Lee Know and Hyunjin were paired up to talk while the other members watched from behind a screen and added their own thoughts.
As they often do in “2 Kids Room,” Lee Know and Hyunjin spent a majority of the episode talking about their friendship while the other members added their own commentary.
And while Lee Know and Hyunjin were instantly comfortable, joking about how many snacks they eat while they’re together…

… The rest of Stray Kids were actually surprised by how close Lee Know and Hyunjin had gotten.

Even joking that Lee Know, who had initially been “married” to Seungmin for a family skit (where Felix and I.N played the grandfather and grandmother, Han and Hyunjin played the father and mother, Changbin and Bang Chan played the children, and Seungmin and Lee Know played the aunt and uncle)…
And then got “divorced” from Seungmin to “be with” Han…

Although the two have an incredibly close friendship now, according to Felix, that wasn’t always the case.
Felix explains to Bang Chan and Seungmin that when Dance Racha (Stray Kids’ dance unit comprised of Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix) were dancing together after debut, they often had different opinions.

Although Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix are all incredible dancers, they each had their own unique styles and preferences. So, understandably, there was tension when they disagreed with each other.

Felix explains that Hyunjin is the type to “[stand] his ground and [say] what he wants.”

And Lee Know, who officially is in charge of Stray Kids’ dancing, would listen to his opinions.

And so, even though they often disagreed, according to Felix, they kept trying “to cater to each other’s needs.”

And as a product of working together and communicating so well, “as time passed, [they] actually grew more alike.”

And almost as if to prove Felix’s point, Lee Know and Hyunjin turn specifically to talking about dance. With Hyunjin talking about how he always watches Lee Know’s fancams for special stages, curious about how Lee Know would interpret the choreography.

And Lee Know admits that he also watches Hyunjin’s fancams.

So even though the two may have disagreed a lot when they first met, Lee Know and Hyunjin have truly become inseparable friends who motivate each other to become even better performers.
